|Application for Selling Space
Vendors can apply for selling spaces at most of O Entertainment's festivals and events. Applications are subject to acceptance by O Entertainment. Water and electricity are included in the space fee. Sellers must provide their own tables, lights, electrical cords, and plugs.
Spaces at our events are limited. Your application will not be given consideration without the correct required information and a valid credit card. If your application is approved and space is granted at the requested event, a deposit fee will be charged to the supplied credit card. Seller's space assignment is determined both on a first-come-first-serve basis and/or seniority and can only be granted by O Entertainment. All selections, however, will be given every possible consideration.
No overnite security is available at our events.
LIST ALL PRODUCTS TO BE SOLD. ALL FOOD MENUS MUST HAVE RETAIL PRICES LISTED. Your application is considered incomplete without this information. If space is assigned, it is agreed that the you will display and sell only the merchandise you have reported on your application and has been approved by O Entertainment.
By submitting this application, the applicant agrees to the following provisions: Space will be assigned by O Entertainment, after application has been approved, on a priority basis established by O Entertainment, according to the rules and regulations of O Entertainment in the best interest of the fair as a whole. Once the contract is accepted by O Entertainment and space fees are paid, applicant agrees that there will be NO refunds.
The applicant agrees to abide by the official rules and regulations of O Entertainment, to staff their booth during all fair hours, adhere to the retail prices listed above, and to not drive vehicles on fairgrounds during fair hours. IF SPACE IS LEFT VACANT, WITHOUT PERMISSION, SELLER IS SUBJECT TO A $50.00 PER DAY FINE OR HAVING THE SPACE RESOLD TO ANOTHER SELLER.
Vendors required to purchase photo ID (good for one year, all events).
