O Entertainment Inc. is a Los Angeles based company that produces shows in California, Arizona, and Nevada. The family owned company's three main contributors are Roy Hassett (President) and Troy Hassett (Vice President of Operations). The three principals have a combined 60 years of experience in the outdoor amusement business. The company are agents for the carnival industry. Davis Enterprises, B & B Amusements, Christiansen Amusements, and Helm & Sons are some of the companies that O Entertainment represents. The company proudly boasts that they are "The largest agency for carnivals west of the Mississippi." In addition to the booking of carnivals, the company has an extensive rental business. The company rents canvas, canopies, generators, electrical power trains, stages, and anything needed for a complete outdoor festival.

O Entertainment also produces the upscale Redondo Beach Original Lobster Festival in partnership with the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Redondo Beach Visitor and Convention Bureau. The company plans to take this event to Santa Cruz, Las Vegas, and Scottsdale in 2004.

O Entertainment partnered in the original Queen Mary Jazz Festival, the Los Angeles Gospel Festival, built the original Fiesta Broadway, and pioneered the concept of the Pay-One-Price Community Fairs. The company produces shows for the county of Los Angeles Parks & Recreation Dept., the cities of Los Angeles, San Francisco, Santa Ana, Tustin, San Fernando, San Gabriel, Redondo Beach, Lake Elsinore, Long Beach, and many other local and state agencies.

In addition to the festivals O Entertainment produces, the company is retained by other multimedia companies to organize their events. Companies such as KMEX Channel 34, All Access Entertainment, World Entertainment Channel 26, Liberman Broadcasting, Channel 26, QBuena KBVE, Sonido KWIZ, La Ranchera KKHJ, KVNR, and others are clients.
